Shipping

Shipping is generally provided via Australia Post; however, we reserve the right to use different carriers from time to time.

If tracking information is available, this will be provided once an item has been shipped.

Shipping method (eg Express) may be upgraded upon check-out where required for an additional fee.

Processing

Given the nature of our products, orders are generally processed within 5 days of purchase. This time is used for design and confirmation with the customer (where an item is custom) and then fabrication. Where additional time is required, this will be communicated with you via email.
